We offer regular online sessions to help support your teams through challenging times. We guide groups, from their current place of work, through experiences that will help transform their mindset during isolation. The sessions are designed to raise self-awareness, boost resilience and teach really practical skills such as breathing, visualisation and meditation. Included with the support is a library of recorded resources: guided breathing, visualisation and meditation that participants can access at any time. Together, these processes help to reduce stress and anxiety as well as super-charge the immune system.

Natural Adaptation
Get super-resilient
Connecting with your own sense of self has never been more important. This is a two-hour session designed to help you reflect under the current circumstances and become much more aware of what is important to you. As a result, you will have tools to become much more resilient during this time of crisis.
What are the Benefits?
Reflect on your own values and beliefs and what is most important to you under changing external circumstances
Learn a simple model to help you be more adaptive and less reactive to changing environments.
Develop a mindset that brings greater resilience and adaptability, even when things are outside of your control.
Using the process as a way of staying connected with other people: sharing in common experiences and creating connections to support each other outside of the session.

Guided visualisation
Three guided visualisation recordings for you to use anywhere at anytime. Guided visualisation is a great way of helping you feel instantly relaxed, but also, over time, will serve to reprogramme your unconscious to be more resourceful and solution focussed.
Guided meditation
The meditation recording is designed to take you through the technique so that you can practice independently over time. Meditation is much more about your personal practice than the visualisation, which is guided. With regular practice you will become able to focus powerfully and tap directly into your natural resources.
Guided breathing exercises
Two distinct breathing exercises for you to include in your daily practice. They are both powerful and practical and will help to improve control of your breathing physiology with the proven result of boosting your immunity and helping to prevent upper respiratory tract infection.
